Micro lens (small diameter lens)
We accept requests not only for complete lens delivery but also for just the heart treatment or just the coating.
We support micro lenses with a diameter of 5mm or less. We can handle everything from material procurement to polishing, edge trimming, coating, and bonding. The production of micro lenses requires unique know-how not only in lens polishing technology but also in edge trimming and coating processes. The difficulty of processing is higher compared to regular spherical lenses, making prior specification discussions very important.
